julie does it again

About 30 years ago Julie put her baby brother in a chair and buried him in a bunch of dolls. This morning she did it again, but with Lucy. 

a few new things this month

Now that LJ has some of her teeth, they need to be cleaned. she really likes to brush them, lets hope that lasts.

Lucy's first valentines day! she had fun and got a few valentines from friends and relatives.

While shopping at Trader Joes last week, Lucy was given a baloon to play with. she was absolutely fascinated with it. for a few days she wouldn't let go of the string (without a tantrum following). I really think this pic should be used on some Trader Joes advertisement! I have videos coming soon too.

Boston Children's Museum 2.5.09

Patrick took the day off work and joined Lucy and I for a meet up at the Boston Children's museum. Personally, I like the Science Museum better & Lucy was still in her teething (a.k.a. cranky) mood, but we did have a few hours of fun. Lucy's best friend Elinor was also there, she loved the fish, and water, and a mini dinner table (the fake food had just been flung off to the side).

DAY BEFORE TEETHING HELL...

DAY 1 OF TEETHING HELL...

I know we are in for a long ride of this, but poor little Lucy has a temp and bleeding swollen gums and everything! This comes at a great (ha ha) time because Patrick and Julie are sick too! Needless to say there is a lot of whining going around at our house. 

Julie has been busy designing an amazing bridal shower for Lucy's godmother, Andrea. Can't say much more because she reads this blog and we can't let the cat out of the bag just yet.
