merry christmas!

hope y'all had an as much of an amazing Christmas as we did. here is a slideshow of a few pictures we took. I am still waiting for my brother to email a bunch he took but he's having a hard time setting up his NEW COMPUTER (yes, my mom is SUPER generous) he got so it may take a while.

Lucy and I joined my mom and brother for the children's church service in Wellesley and it was cool to see Lucy's reaction to all the music and people. I think she takes after me in  many ways but this in particular.... she seemed pretty fascinated by the cool architecture of the ceiling. Kudos LJ!

Lucy made out with a bunch of very cool toys from everyone, including people she's never met! She seemed to understand it from the get-go -when she woke up we said "merry christmas!" and she was laughing really hard. She took things out of her stocking and was pretty much interested in the toys as much as she was the paper. She couldn't really wait for Uncle Fletch to open the box for the car garage he got her and was trying to bust into it by herself! My mother also got Patrick and I a wonderfully huge gift of plane tickets to the west coast to visit family. YAY!!!!!

Patrick and I hosted a yummy brunch and then I went off to the Baileys for the best ham I think I have ever eaten. how was I a vegetarian for so long? I missed out for far too long. topped it off with some scrumptious "cherries on the snow" and rolled my full and fat ass home. could it have gotten any better?
