heat wave in April!

It's been in the 70's and 80's here this weekend and is supposed to be in the 90's on Tuesday. Can't believe it, but happy! The terrible winter we had makes me appreciate this great weather so much more. and the garden is bursting with spring color and leaves. love love love this time of year! 

What's different this year is that I now have a one year old to go to the playgrounds with and make myself get out and enjoy the weather (not just think about going outside, or only going outside to do yard work). Lucy is in playground heaven, we have one a block away we go to almost every day, and then we go to other ones around town and the surrounding towns to meet up with our friends. It makes me so happy I am not working and can enjoy this time. happy, happy, joy, joy!
